Terms and Conditions

When you book an appointment through our website you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You have come to the decision, with or without discussing it with your veterinarian, that it is in the best interest of your animal companion to end their suffering

• By making a booking you agree that payment will be taken on confirmation of the appointment

• If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment you can do so up to two (2) hours before your appointment. In this case please contact us and we will try our best to provide you with an alternative date/time suitable for you and your family

• If during the appointment you decide not to proceed with the euthanasia the full fee will still be payable

• We do not provide emergency service. If you feel that your pet’s health has deteriorated after booking an appointment and you they need urgent care please contact your usual veterinarian or an emergency service. You can use this link to locate emergency services in your area.
